Over the past decade or so, there may not be a more trusted name than Adobe when it comes to editing platforms for both the Mac and PC. Adobe Premier is easily one of the most well respected video editing programs that exists, and Adobe Premier Clip is the slimmed down version that's available for mobile operating systems.
This app was actually developed and released by Adobe, so it's the real thing. It's a free, very abbreviated version of their full-sized Premier editing program, and this download is specifically for Android. Though it's also available for the iOS, so don't worry if you have an iPhone. You can still find a version.

The basic idea behind this app is to give mobile users a way to edit great videos without having to download large, power-hungry programs.
